Frequently asked questions
How does Found Internet work?
Type your address into the chat tool on any page. It checks that address using provider-reported availability data and shows you the internet providers reported to serve it, along with plans and prices we curate and periodically verify.
How does Found Internet make money?
We're an authorized sales partner of the providers whose plans we show on this site. When you call one of our numbers, our in-house sales team answers, and the provider pays us a commission when your service is installed. We don't order or recommend providers by commission. See our Terms of Use for details.
Is my address stored or shared?
No. Your address is used only to look up coverage for that one request and is not stored. See our Privacy Policy for exactly how it's handled and which third-party services are involved in a lookup.
Why do I need my street address instead of just my city?
Internet coverage doesn't follow city or neighbourhood lines — it can differ from one building to the next depending on which lines actually reach it. Your street address is the best way to see which providers are reported where you live.
What if my neighbourhood isn't listed yet?
You can still type your address into the chat tool on any page — the homepage works for any US address, with or without a dedicated neighbourhood page. We're adding more neighbourhood pages over time.
Is the provider information guaranteed accurate?
No. Availability, plans and prices are periodically verified but can change, and we can't guarantee they're current at the exact moment you check. Always confirm the price and availability for your address before you order — our sales team can check them on the call. See our Terms of Use.
